How to change user permissions in zofiQ?

Context
The zofiQ Co-pilot allows you to grant different permission levels to team members based on their role and responsibilities within your organization.
You can update user permissions directly from within the zofiQ Co-pilot. Follow these steps to grant admin access:
Log into the zofiQ Co-pilot using an account that has "Platform Admin" rights (via Connectwise POD or the zofiQ Webapp at https://app.zofiq.ai/)
From the left navigation bar, click on User Management
Locate the user you wish to update permissions for
Click on the permissions to the left of the user's name under the heading "Role"
Select the access level you wish to assign.
The available permission levels are:
User - Can only access the zofiQ Co-pilot
Manager - Can access and manage the Co-pilot (Workspace) and access the agentic platform
Platform Admin - Has the same permissions as Manager, but can access user management and edit user role settings
Note: You must have Platform Admin rights to modify user permissions.
