Our onboarding process

Onboarding AI tools is not like onboarding a traditional SaaS application. We need to not only integrate with your systems, but also ingest a great deal of data, extract it, transform it, and train your unique model.

At zofiQ, we follow a progressive methodology where each phase builds on the last, ensuring your team gains value quickly while steadily expanding capabilities.

Phase 1: Integration, Training & Testing

Establish secure integration by creating API Keys for your PSA and related tools.

  1. Ingest your ticket, documentation, and configuration data into your dedicated zofiQ instance.

  2. Train the model so your environment is contextually aware from day one.

  3. User acceptance testing for licensed features

Phase 2: Agentic Workflow Configuration

We start by giving you a overview of the agentic platform so you can become familiar with how agents work. We will focus on the the most impactful agents to get you started.

At the end of our first meeting you will have the knowledge on how to create SOP's and test agents using simulations as well as performing isolated tests.

On our second meeting, we will dive deep into how your testing has gone and if you have not yet enabled any agents, support you with additional resources and guidance so we can simplify your triage and dispatch process.

Phase 3: Co-pilot & User Onboarding

Depending on your needs, you can choose to customize zofiQ with your own AI Assistant before deploying and onboarding your users.

These assistants are based on the zofiQ foundational model, but are optimized for your specific use cases.

Examples of assistant customization include:

  • Role specific assistants (L1, L2, L3, NOC, SOC, Sales)

  • Vectorized Knowledgebase setup

  • Optimized AI Output

If you would rather start by giving your team access to the co-pilot with no customization, we can immediately schedule a train the trainer or group onboarding session.

We can offer up to two onboarding sessions to ensure that you always have adequate coverage on your service desk.

Phase 4: Regular Cadence

Once you have been fully onboarded, we like to have regular check in meetings to ensure you are getting the maximum value out of the zofiQ platform.

Our proposed cadence beyond onboarding is:

  • 30 Days

  • 60 Days

  • 90 Days

During these sessions, we will review adoption, time saved, answer any questions and learn how we can improve zofiQ for your team. Please let the onboarding team know which dates/times work best for you to get these setup.
